Kyla’s melanin muses & Paying it Forward
Kyla’s entrepreneurial spirit stems from her parents, who demonstrated hard work and resilience. Their influence continues to shape her journey as a tech innovator. Now Kyla takes that inspiration from her parents to encourage other aspiring tech professionals to take the first step, even when the path feels uncertain. While barriers exist, especially for Black women in tech, staying focused on the bigger impact you want to make will help overcome these challenges.
